Cover included in every quote
Every quote includes Zero Excess on Covered Claims (N$475 per day) and Tyre and Windscreen Cover (N$145 per day), VAT included. These are shown as separate lines on your quotation.
Excess
With Zero Excess, you pay no excess on claims that fall within the cover. Without it, the standard excess is N$25,000.
Security deposit
Because Zero Excess is included, no security deposit is held on your card at handover.
Tyre and windscreen cover
Tyres and windscreens are commonly excluded from standard cover. This cover is included in every quote for Namibia's gravel roads.
Important exclusions
Zero Excess applies to covered claims only. Damage or losses excluded under the rental terms are not covered and remain your responsibility. The full conditions and exclusions are set out in your written quotation and rental terms.
